Review by hotel critic
As an Afro-Brazilian cultural anthropologist, I was excited to explore Hotel Monteiro Canasvieiras in Florianópolis, nestled in the vibrant Canasvieiras district. the air-conditioned apartment we stayed in was a cozy retreat, featuring a separate bedroom, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen - perfect for feeling at home away from home. the complimentary WiFi and private parking made our stay even more convenient. While the location was ideal for shopping and enjoying the coast, I must mention a drawback - the noise from nearby bars on weekends. the lively atmosphere may suit some, but it disrupted our rest, as drunken revelers kept the party going until the early hours. For those seeking a restful night's sleep, this may not be the best choice. If you don't mind a bit of nightlife buzz, this hotel could be a great base for exploring the local culture and enjoying the sunrises over Canasvieiras beach.
